Events are advertised on this page free of charge provided that
  • It is of interest to members of the SASMT,
  • Information is supplied at least 3 weeks in advance,
  • That the information at least includes the following: what, who, where, when, what time & how much does it cost (please check that you have answered these 6 questions),
  • The information is in an editable format, for example .txt or word processor format. Posters and graphic files like JPG or PDF files cannot be used unless the text can be extracted with copy and paste. It is also unacceptable to have the text as part of a picture or graphic, however graphics like logos can still be placed if it is not wider than 350 pixels or still be legible when reduced to that size.
  • You send the Email directly to webmaster@sasmt-savmo.org.za
  • You use an acceptable format for the attachments. A PDF file can only be stored in its entirety as a downloadable document and still needs additional text to point to it because it will be stored as a link and not shown directly. Usually text or graphics can also not be extracted from a PDF file.
  • It is agreed that placement is at the discretion of the webmaster.
.txt of in woord-
verwerker formaat.
