Publishing in the South African Music Teacher

All contributions should be submitted by 1 October 2018.
  • Articles should not exceed 1500 words
  • Use footnotes instead of in-text references if applicable
  • In order to facilitate the editing process, all articles should be submitted in MS Word format, font size 12, using 1.5 spacing
  • We cannot guarantee that all submitted contributions will be published, and reserve the right to edit submissions before publication. Edited proofs will be sent to the authors for final proofreading and approval before publication
  • We will also consider relevant book- and CD reviews and interviews with prominent South African musicians for publication
  • Contributions should be submitted to the Executive Officer, Elma Britz, at
    executiveofficer@sasmt-savmo.org.za
